Counselling Psychology

Counselling Psychology is all about providing psychological therapy that is geared to a your unique needs.  A Counselling Psychologist can help with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety and grief, as well as help you find a way forward with problems at work and other areas of difficulty, such as relationship breakdown.  They will work with you to assist you to think in new ways, manage difficult emotional experiences and establish new ways of behaving.

Your treatment plan may use one or a combination of psychotherapy, psychological therapy, behaviour analysis and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).  We use a range of scienctifically-based assessments and interviews to determine what therapy is best for you.

As part of our Counselling Psychology services you may also like to benefit from us praying with you or for you, or both.
