Our Statement of Faith

Our Christian faith is at the very heart of all that we do at Kadayer.

We believe that:
- Life in all its fullness is God’s intention for everyone (John 10:10);
- God’s ongoing mission in the world is to make this a reality for anyone willing;
- God gives people the incredible privilege of joining in that mission.
Our part in God’s mission, and our passion, is to help people overcome whatever is preventing them from living life to the full, no matter who they are or where they are on life’s journey. Our services are available to anyone and everyone, regardless of their religious beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, race, age, ability or ethnic background.

Our commitment to equal opportunities

But our counsellors and psychotherapists are all committed Christians as you would expect and all subscribe to our agreed statement of faith which states that we believe in:
- The message of Jesus: the Kingdom of God was at the heart of Jesus’ message and “your kingdom come” is our prayer. We want to play a part seeing the kingdom of God come into the lives of people who are broken, hurting and suffering.
- The death of Jesus: Jesus’ death on the cross makes it possible for us to receive forgiveness and to enjoy a living relationship with God.
- God’s power over sin: Jesus has broken the power of sin and can set us free from whatever is enslaving us or preventing us from enjoying fullness of life.
- God’s power to heal: Jesus has the power to heal a person fully and completely, whether the problem is physical, emotional or spiritual.
- The resurrection of Jesus: Jesus’ resurrection means that death has been defeated and we can look forward to eternal life.
