Louise Kadayer, BCaBA, DPsyc(cand) GbrCh Psyc (BPS), PG Cert ABA in SP Ed., BSc (Hons) Psyc, Behaviour Analyst, Psychologist and Counsellor. 

Founder of Kadayer Counselling, Louise is a fully qualified & certified Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst, as well as a Psychologist and Counsellor. She is a member of the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board, British Psychological Society, Association for Christian Counsellors and Association for Behaviour Analysts International, along with other associations, and subscribes to their strict code of ethics and professional practice in all her client work.

As well as having her Behavioural Certification, BSc Psychology (hons), and PG Cert in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Louise also holds various Christian Counselling Certificates and post graduate specialisations and is currently a Doctoral candidate in Counselling Psychology.  On top of her incredible knowledge gained through her wide variety of studies, Louise is also extremely passionate about what she does, and constantly strives to learn more and improve further on behalf of her clients. She is a very dedicated individual who will often go above and beyond to help those in her care.

She has been working in the field of behaviour analysis and counselling for over nine years, having provided both therapy for the children in her care and at the same time, counselling for the parents who have often come under immense strain coping with the challenges of dealing with children with additional needs.

Together with and in discussion with her small, close knit team, Louise will consult with the other therapists in Kadayer counselling as well as supervisors and mentors, to ensure her clients get the best possible outcome for their situation.

Gillian Nichols, Counsellor.

Gillian has many years of training and practice as a counsellor, with her CPCAB advanced diploma in therapeutic counselling. Gillian has both biblical and secular counselling training and uses an integrative and psychodynamic approach in her work. She has been volunteering as a counsellor for the past 5 years, prior to joining our team here at Kadayer Counselling. Through this she has been able to gain extremely valuable experience and has seen a diverse array of people with many different problems that she has helped counsel. Gillian has also been working in the leisure industry, which has provided her with excellent organisation and management skills. Furthermore, Gillian is able to apply the knowledge of a commercial and caring profession in her counselling work to provide a good balance and variety of skills. Gillian is an organised and professional individual who is extremely passionate about helping people. We are very excited to welcome her to the team!

Michaela Archer, BSc Psyc

Psychologist's Asssistant and Personal Assistant

Michaela is our newest addition as PA to the team. Michaela is passionate about helping people, and she will be pursuing her qualifications in clinical psychology in the future. She is also well-organised, and is a very dedicated and hard-working individual. These qualities together make a winning combination and a perfect fit for the work we do!

Before coming to us, she has been very busy completing her BSc in Psychology at the University of Kent. She has also done a number of part-time administrative and customer service orientated jobs while studying, and has done many hours of voluntary work (having been awarded a Millennium Volunteers certificate for attaining 100 hours of voluntary service to her community).
